  • Spokane RIMS Chapter Meeting - Thursday, April 24th , 2025

    Good Afternoon,

Please confirm that you will be attending the Spokane RIMS Chapter Meeting on Thursday, April 24th, 2025 from 12:00pm – 1:30pm.  The meeting will be held at the Enduris Offices Training Facility – Located at: 1610 S. Technology Boulevard, Suite 100 Spokane, WA 99224.

    Our speaker will be:

    Ashley Lueck | Underwriter
    Cochrane & Company

Ashley began her career at Cochrane & Company in 2016 working on the Administrative team and covering the front desk. She was quickly promoted to a CSR position on the Garage team later that year. After 5 years in garage, she was promoted to Underwriting. The switch from Garage to Programs, which includes Security, Private Investigators, and Mortgage Field Services happened in 2022. The Programs book is demanding and a tough class of business to write, but has been a great challenge and keeps her interest.

Ashley also coordinates work hiking adventures once or twice a month – getting fellow co-workers to gather on the weekend to explore and connect on a more personal level. She married her husband Michael during Covid, has two amazing teenage Irish twins: Calvin and Annabelle, and a golden doodle named Ruger.

Security class discussion will include an overview of typical security coverages, types of operations we can write vs those that are excluded, we’ll briefly cover some of the larger corporations and their roll in the industry, have a short discussion on the future of security, then close with a few claims examples.

Cochrane has graciously agreed to provide High Nooner for lunch for the RIMS meeting.

Please RSVP to jared.bleken@itron.com and indicated if you will be opting for lunch or not so we may obtain an accurate count for planning.

We look forward to seeing you then!
